Dutch Oven Chicken

Ingredients:

3lb. whole frying chicken

1 tsp. poultry seasoning

1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. basil

1/4 tsp. pepper

Instructions:

Wash chicken and pat dry. Sprinkle cavity with salt, pepper, and poultry seasoning. Place on aluminum foil and sprinkle with basil.

Wrap in aluminum foil.

Put in dutch oven.

Cover and bake for four hours or until tender.
